California’s Top Court Upholds Undocumented Immigrant Tuition Policy
Even the California Supreme Court’s conservative contingent agreed on Monday to uphold a prior ruling that gives undocumented immigrants a chance to partake of in-state tuition rates at participating institutions of higher learning. In fact, the decision was unanimous.
