In news that may reopen the mystery surrounding Benazir Bhutto’s unsolved assassination, a Pakistani anti-terrorism court has ordered the arrests of the former police chief and deputy of Rawalpindi, the city where Bhutto was killed. The assassination of Bhutto—a popular politician who was running for her country’s presidency—was a considerable blow to Pakistani democracy in 2007.
