Reginald Davis, 77, of Wanneroo, Perth, will appear before magistrates on Wednesday accused of 16 historic offences, including several counts of raping a child under 12. The offences are alleged to have taken place in the capital until 1972, Scotland Yard said. He was charged with four child rapes, three attempted rapes, eight indecent assaults and one count of inciting a child to commit gross indecency. The majority of the attacks took place in the 1950s.
