AP Sources: Significant Progress in Debt Talks
Officials say the White House and GOP leaders in Congress are making progress on an agreement to avoid a looming US default. Late Saturday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid postponed a test vote on his own legislation until 1p.m. Sunday. (July 31)
