Amtrak, Senators Push New Hudson Rail Project
Amtrak is proposing to spend $50 million on preliminary engineering and design for two new rail tunnels under the Hudson River to link NJ and NY. The proposal comes months after Gov. Chris Christie killed plans for a tunnel to relieve congestion. (Feb 7)
