’60 Minutes’ Report: Armstrong Encouraged Doping

Lance Armstrong’s former teammate Tyler Hamilton says Armstrong and other team leaders encouraged and took part in a doping program in an effort to win the Tour de France in 1999 and beyond. Hamilton’s comments were aired Sunday on “60 Minutes.” (May 22)
