CLEAN UP ESTIMATE INCORRECTLY ATTRIBUTED TO CONSERVATOR:

A careful reading of the Wisconsin State Journal article cited in this posting will show that the Conservator, Meghan Thumm Mackey, did not give an estimate of the clean up cost to the Madison Capitol Building. A careful reading will also show that Mackey did not estimate or suggest what an assessment of the building would cost.
