It’s been almost a year since I had our last C&L fundraising drive and the response from our readership was terrific. With the 2012 election fast approaching I’m going to need your help again because we’ll need more staff, which might include writers, reporters and upgrades to the C&L team and website. Won’t you please donate whatever you can? In a time like this with so many Republican Tea Party politicians and Third Way Democrats trying to take us back before the days of FDR’s New Deal and where Elitist Royalty ruled; I think America needs as many people fighting for their rights as we can muster and I think we’ve been leaders in that fight. I don’t have to tell you how much effort C&L and our team puts out to keep the news flowing every day, week in and week out. Supporting progressive candidates and causes has also been high on our list and I’m proud of my work with Blue America PAC . Our sister sites like Video Cafe keeps pumping out the videos, LNMC Music Club keeps pumping out the music and Newstalgia keeps pumping out incredible historical information that corresponds to current events. We’ve begun designing new websites which I intend to introduce in the coming year to our C&L community and diaries for our readers are not far behind.
