Speed State: Texas to Become Formula 1 Haven

A sprawling Formula 1 track, dubbed the Circuit of the Americas, is going in at the edge of Austin, Texas. The first track built specifically for F1 in the United States will forever change one small town, as the AP’s Lee Powell found. (April 25)
