NYC Stabbing Suspect: I’m Victim of a Setup
A man accused of a stabbing rampage shouted that he was the victim of a “setup” before his arraignment Sunday. He is facing charges that he hacked three people to death, attacked innocent strangers, hijacked vehicles and killed a pedestrian. (Feb. 13)
