Raw Video: Suspect Jumps From Moving Police Car
Utah police released dash cam video Tuesday of a man who jumped out the window of a moving patrol car. The man, Nicholas Duffy, was arrested on outstanding warrants and suspicion of burglary. (Jan. 26)
