A league source confirmed a report by Comcast Sports Net Washington on Friday that the Wizards fined guard Gilbert Arenas $50,000 for faking a knee injury on Tuesday. Arenas told the team that his knee was sore Tuesday morning and thus was held out of that night’s game against Atlanta.
