Playboy Agrees to Hefner Buyout Offer
The publisher of Playboy magazine has agreed to accept a sweetened buyout offer from a partnership headed by founder Hugh Hefner, allowing the original playboy to fulfill his plans to take the company private. (Jan. 10)
