BAGHDAD – Disputes between parties over how posts in Iraq’s new government will be distributed may delay the expected formation of a new government. The disagreements are the latest snag after months of delays to put together a government after inconclusive parliamentary elections in March left politics deadlocked. Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s advisers Ali al-Dabbagh and Ali al-Moussawi insisted that at least some of the new Cabinet will be presented to parliament Monday as originally promised.
