Calif. Gas Blast Report Doesn’t Cite a Cause

The gas pipeline that ruptured, causing a deadly explosion in a Northern California, showed no signs of corrosion and wasn’t leaking. But investigators have yet to determine what caused the blast that killed 8 and destroyed dozens of homes. (Dec. 14)
