NY Police: Murder Confession Note a Hoax

New York police say a murder confession scrawled on the inside of a breaker box was a leftover prank from a previous tenant. Investigators tracked down a 2003 tenant, who admitted writing the note as a prank on his roommate at the time. (Oct. 24)
