48 Animals Shot in Ohio, One Unaccounted For
Sheriff’s deputies shot 48 animals _ including 18 rare Bengal tigers and 17 lions _ after Terry Thompson, owner of the private Muskingum County Animal Farm near Zanesville, Ohio, threw their cages open Tuesday and then committed suicide. (Oct. 20)
