Rob Lowe Sweet on Candy Bar-backed Horror Flick

Rob Lowe is taking a bite out of the Halloween season by directing a short horror film called ‘Butterfinger the 13th.’ The movie is available on Butterfinger’s Facebook page, Crackle and on FEARnet. Lowe also says he plans to write another book. (Oct. 14)
