Jeremy Stefan Megroz, 40, peacefully passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 in his home with his wife at his side. In April 2008 Megroz was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gherig’s). His courageous journey came to an end 3 1/2 years after his diagnosis.
