Daniel Shechtman Wins Nobel Chemistry Prize
Israeli scientist Daniel Shechtman has won the 2011 Nobel Prize in chemistry. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences cited Shechtman “for the discovery of quasicrystals.” (Oct. 5)
