World Markets Driven by Europe’s Debt Crisis

World stock markets on Monday were driven by Europe’s debt crisis and the lack of a detailed plan to resolve it. Asian markets tumbled, but Europe indexes rose on hopes leaders will consider a new approach to the crisis. (Sept. 26)
