In a chilling assault Israel National News reports took place in Samaria on Wednesday, Arabs allegedly threw rocks at an Israeli car, injuring the face of a 20-month-old girl who was in the back seat. The child was reportedly treated on the scene by medics with the Samaria Regional Authority (SRA) and later brought to a hospital.
