Bomber Targets Top Pakistani Policeman, 8 Killed
The Pakistani Taliban said it was responsible for a suicide bombing targeting a senior police officer in Karachi Monday. Chaudhry Aslam was safe, but the attack killed at least 8 people _ 6 police officers and a mother and daughter. (Sept. 19)
