Raw Video: Conowingo Dam Opened, Floods Md. Town

Upstream on the Susquehanna River, the spill gates of Conowingo Dam were opened causing flooding in the town of Port Deposit, Maryland. Some residents stayed and swift water rescue teams were out checking on them. (Sept. 9)
