Raw Video: High Winds, Rain Hit Va. Waterfront

High winds and heavy rain hit Virginia Beach as Hurricane Irene makes its way up the eastern seaboard. So far only the death of an 11 year-old boy has been reported in Virginia. (Aug 27).
