It’s been over a year since “Overrated: The 50 Most Overhyped Things in History” was published by Perigee in New York, and even longer since the Australian edition. Since then, I’ve been churning out extra lists of overrated and overhyped things and people for “The Huffington Post” – and many people have disagreed with some of my selection. As open-mindedness is not overrated, here are some things that, after due consideration, deserve second thoughts.
