Fasting Activist Gets Appeal From India’s PM

India’s premier has moved to break the stalemate in his country’s corruption debate, asking parliament to debate the reform bill of activist Anna Hazare. In return he’s appealing for Hazare to end his 9-day hunger strike. (Aug. 25)
