Raw Video: 3 Die in Pittsburgh Flash Flooding

Three people died in a flash flood on Friday after heavy rains submerged cars in Pittsburgh and authorities said they were searching for other possible victims. Officials say thunderstorms dropped up to 3 inches of rain in an hour. (Aug. 19)
