Raw Video: Cop Caught Stepping on Inmate’s Neck
The sheriff’s dept. in Maricopa County, Ariz. is investigating one of its own after seeing surveillance video of a detention officer stepping on the neck of a restrained inmate. The officer resigned following his arrested on several charges. (Dec. 2)
