Raw Video: Pittsburgh Rivers Begin to Recede

Rivers in western Pennsylvania are receding after a wintry mix caused some flooding and icy conditions. The National Weather Service says the major rivers near Pittsburgh crested below expected levels Thursday. (Dec. 2)
