Mohammed Sajid Khan, 32, and Shasta Khan, 37, of Oldham, Greater Manchester, are accused of engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism. The offences are said to have taken place between 10 August last year and 24 July this year. The pair, of Foster Street, are also charged with three counts of possessing a record of information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
