TS Emily Eyes Puerto Rico, Hispaniola

Tropical Storm Emily was expected to bring heavy rain Tuesday to Puerto Rico after crossing the northeast Caribbean sea on a track that would take it near Haiti within 24 hours. (Aug. 2)
