Texas Conservationists Rebuilding Lost Islands

Seagulls fly around a Gulf Coast island, unaware their habitat is a man made marsh. This project could become a model for rebuilding ecosystems as the US government looks to invest a fund set up by BP after last year’s oil spill. (June 30)
