‘Legal Highs’ K2 and Spice Will Be Banned

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is invoking its emergency powers to declare K2, Spice, and other “legal highs” illegal. In at least 30 days, possession or sale of the drugs will be a federal crime.
