Austria’s Tamira Paszek, an unseeded underdog, defeated No. 6 Francesca Schiavone at the All England Club on Saturday, pulling off one of the biggest upsets at Wimbledon 2011 thus far. Paszek fought back against the Itlalian Schiavone after dropping the opening set 3-6, claiming victory with the second two sets, 6-4, 11-9. The match lasted nearly four hours in total, including a grueling third set that required more one-hundred-and-twenty minutes to settle.
