Minot River Rises, Evacuees Fill Shelters
The Souris River’s full weight is being felt in Minot, North Dakota, where an estimated 2500 homes are filling with water. The Red Cross says a few hundred people showed up at the homeless shelters, but that number is expected to increase. (June 24)
