The UN’s nuclear watchdog is about to start a meeting aimed at improving nuclear safety as a result of the disaster at Japan’s Fukushima plant. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will hold five days of talks involving officials from 150 countries on how to make nuclear power safer.
