Joplin,Southwest Missouri- Officials announced, there were at least 89 casualties in the recent massive tornado that hit the area. Mark Rohr, Joplin City manager, revealed the death toll at a pre-dawn conference outside a dilapidated hospital that came crumbling from Sunday’s storm.
