Raw Video: Temporary Levees Going Up in La.

Residents of Krotz Springs, Louisiana are building temporary levees as the Atchafalaya River continues to swell. The Army Corps of Engineers is also debating opening the Morganza Spillway to ease flooding on the Mississippi. (May 13)
