Nats’ Zimmerman and Giants’ Sandoval Sidelined

Third basemen Ryan Zimmerman of Washington and San Francisco’s Pablo Sandoval will both be sidelined at least a month with injuries. Zimmerman needs surgery for an abdominal tear while Sandoval has a broken bone in his right wrist. (April 30)
