Kate Hudson is engaged to musician Matt Bellamy, and has apparently been able to hide her huge rock for an entire week. But she couldn’t hide it on Today , where Matt Lauer finally noticed it nearly three minutes into their discussion of Hudson’s pregnancy. “I’m engaged!” she admitted to him….
