Hot Air’s Ed Morrissey starts off his post on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new climate-change rap saying, “I don’t want to oversell it, but it might be the greatest hip-hop track since Joe Biden and Jay-Z dueted on ‘High-Speed Rail.’” I’m sold.
