NC Gov. Asks Feds for Help After Deadly Storms

North Carolina Gov. Beverly Perdue asked the president and US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack for low-interest loans and grants to help repair homes and businesses. Tornadoes killed at least 23 people and damaged more than 800 homes. (April 20)
