Police: Va. Boy Forced to Sleep in Shed
Police say a 9-year-old boy in southwestern Virginia was forced to sleep in a backyard shed as a form of discipline. The boy’s step-grandparents and parents have been charged. The child is in foster care. (Nov. 10)
