Sup. Court Hears Argument Over Post-9/11 Arrest
The Supreme Court considered on Wed. whether to allow fmr. Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft to be sued for an American Muslim’s post-Sept. 11 arrest using a law intended to make sure witnesses testify in criminal trials. A decision is expect by June. (March 2)
