UN Secretary-General: Libya ‘Lost Legitimacy’

Speaking to the media from Washington DC, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon rebuked Moammar Gadhafi, saying that the Libyan leader lost his legitimacy when his country ‘declared war on its own people.’ (Feb. 28)
