Rain Soaks China As Megi Weakens to Depression
Torrential rains drenched China’s southeastern coast as once-powerful Typhoon Megi weakened to a tropical depression Sunday. The storm has killed dozens of people, but no deaths have been reported yet in China. (Oct. 24)
